Conferência Final do Projeto Train4Health: Pushing the boundaries of behaviour change support education in chronic disease

In this one-day event, we will present the full range of the Train4Health outputs, from case studies toolkits, the Massive Open Online Course and the web application with virtual humans to recommendations for the large-scale implementation of these educational products.

The conference will also count on distinguished guests within and outside our early adopters community.

To finalise, you will have the opportunity to experience the Portuguese hospitality at the modern facilities of the Nursing School of Lisbon, and chat with project partners and all our guests in a networking cocktail.
